450CC BREAKS WORLDSPB LAP RECORD AT ASSEN

Following its 2025 WorldSSP300 Manufacturers’ Championship victory, KOVE entered the newly established WorldSPB category in 2026 with the 450RR, taking on larger-displacement rivals such as the Suzuki GSX-8R, Aprilia RS 660 and Yamaha YZF-R7.

Despite having the smallest engine displacement on the grid, the 450RR delivered a standout performance at Assen. Beñat Fernández finished P9 in Race 1, securing KOVE’s first points of the season. In Race 2, he climbed from P16 to P11 and set a new WorldSPB race lap record of 1’42.190, claiming the fastest lap.
