KOVE Chengdu Factory has officially launched its May 2026 Quality Month campaign under the theme “Quality First, Craftsmanship for Better Products.” The campaign focuses on production sites, process control, quality inspection, and frontline improvement, supporting the continued upgrade of product quality and manufacturing capability.

In manufacturing, quality is never only about final inspection. It is built into every step, from production and assembly to testing and after-sales service. For KOVE, the stability, reliability, and riding experience of each motorcycle come from the details handled on the production floor. A properly tightened bolt, a standardized assembly process, a smoother workflow, and a problem identified in time can all make a real difference to the final product delivered to the user.

This year’s Quality Month will focus on four key areas: identifying issues, improving skills, recognizing role models, and driving continuous improvement. The Chengdu Factory will organize activities such as Quality Snapshots, job skills competitions, Quality Star and Excellent Quality Team selections, and QC improvement proposals. These activities encourage employees to identify quality risks, refine operating details, and contribute practical improvement ideas.

The campaign also sets clear targets: a 95% complete vehicle final inspection pass rate, a 65% first-pass submission rate, and a reduction of more than 30% in rework and scrap costs as well as internal and external quality issues. Behind these numbers is KOVE’s continued investment in manufacturing quality, production efficiency, and user value.

Quality Month is not a one-off campaign. It reflects KOVE’s ongoing upgrade of its manufacturing system. Moving forward, KOVE will continue to integrate quality awareness into manufacturing, inspection, and service, delivering more reliable products and a stronger ownership experience for users worldwide.
